Real Time's motorcycles typically have a single roll, 500 mm (20") in diameter. The roll is coupled in-line with an AC motor. The length of the roll will depend on the needs of the user, and generally ranges from less than 12 inches to over 84". The long-roll motorcycle dynamometers are also used for small, three- or four-wheel vehicles.

Our electric motorcycle chassis dynamometers are specifically designed to meet the Code of Federal Regulations, Section �86.508-78 for vehicle certification purposes. The motorcycle dynamometers typically use the ARTIC-2 Dynamometer Controller. The dynamometers themselves employ the latest developments in electric dynamometer technology, including the most accurate control algorithms and state-of-the-art AC flux-vector motor control.
